What is your production time for your products?
I create my products with the utmost quality and attention to detail. My typical turn around time is 2 weeks for shirts, onesies and burp cloths. My Keepsake Storybook Baby Blankets take 3 weeks to produce.

What if I have a design in mind but I don't see it on your website?
Contact me to discuss your design. I have many designs that are not shown on my website. If I don't have what you are looking for, I can look for a design that would work for you.

Can I get one of your designs with different fabrics?
No problem, just tell me what design you want and what kind of fabric you would like and I'll do my best to match it. You can email me or put your fabric preferences in the comments box. In addition, if you want to purchase fabric, I can work with that as well. Please contact me first though so we can discuss how much fabric is needed.

How should I wash my shirt?
Please wash your shirt on the gentle cycle or handwash it. In addition, the shirt should be line dried.

Can I provide my own shirt?
Yes, you can provide your own shirt. The cost would be $7 less for adults and $3 less for children when you order. Please notify me so that I can adjust the cost.

What service do you use to ship your products?
I use the U.S. Postal Service's 2-3 day service. Insurance is not standard. If you would like postal insurance, please contact me for that service. The cost of insurance is extra.

If I live in St. Charles or St. Louis, can I pick up my shirt and not pay for shipping?
Yes, please indicate "pick up" on your order.
